Place robots in our daily lives is increasing. Constantly evolving technology artırt functionality and uses of robots . Series production recovery, patient care, emergency response tasks, activities are spread over many areas such as first aid. The improved overall objective of the robot with an integrated camera with snapshot get on and tracked the movement of components to gain the ability to progress in the rugged terrain. Mobility is enhanced by using the arrow keys on the keyboard and remote control . Robot provides instant data to have information about the user and the user can send the environment. 5 DOF is capable of manipulating objects through an arm and hand holding structure. Workspace of the robot arm is controlled by servo motors 5 , it aimed more accurate and rapid access to objects within the workspace. Coordinated with the mechanical design of the robot camera , audio connections , gas pressure , it is provided with instant data transmission from the sensors. The prototype of this robot made in areas where the will adversely affect human health or the impossibility of human intervention studies aimed . To contribute to the development of the robotics industry for our country , to be a suitable structure to create and develop models and aimed to set an example for the development of different robots .
