Abstract (EN)

Cadastral studies have been going on for about 90 years in Turkey. Considering the period conditions, the first facility cadastre was made with old methods and old measuring instruments. Many cadastral methods are not based coordinate system or regional coordinated and created. In the long term, changes have been experienced in cadastral studies on a world basis, and developments have emerged. These cadastral maps, which were created as a result of the first cadastre, were insufficient both technically and legally in the face of developing technology. To adapt to this changing technology and to solve technical problems due to such reasons, the need to update the maps has arisen. In this thesis, the legal basis and technical dimensions of the cadastral update study were examined and the workflow process was explained. In particular, the comparison and evaluation of the cadastral maps created with old and outdated methods and the sheets with reduced error rate compared to the past, which were created using today's technologies, were made.
