The methods of correction errors caused by cadastre

In our country the developments in social, economic, technical and legal fields, urbanization and zoning movements, and completion all kinds of projects based on land successfully depends on a contemporary and good land registry cadastral system. Although the works of cadastre have been completed in our country, during these studies, many errors (inadvertently or due to lack of technical conditions) have occured in the limitation of the immovable property, measurement, transfer of the measurement to the deed, the calculation of the area of the immovable property, in during the detection of the real rights and the right to property on the real estate. The correction of the technical and legal errors in the immovables by the land registry and cadastre directorates within the framework of the legislation are corrected partially by administrative.The other errors that cannot be rectified are judged by the courts. In the application section of this thesis work, the correction of errors by administrative, the corrections made in accordance with article 41th of the Law no 3402, the renewal and digitization of cadastral layouts ,the corrections made within the scope of Circular no 2016/2 of the General Directorate of Land Registry Cadastre, and methods of eliminating duplicate cadastre were examined and recommendations were presented.
