The problems of women employees and solutions: An emprical investigation of Sakarya

Purpose of the study is, analysing the woman workforce, determining the effetcts of woman workforce to employment, learning the problems of woman which she faces either in her carrier and home. In this study, we have defined the concepts; workforce, employment, unempleoyment and have investigated the historical process fort he statement of woman workforce either globally and in Turkey. We have analysed the statements of woman workforce, unemployment, employment, sectoral allocation, education, age and marital status to make sense of the data from the TUİK statsistics for Turkey. Finally an application used for woman workforce at Sakarya and politics explained to increasing the woman employment at Turkey.
