Abstract (EN)
The concept of identity is an interdisciplinary concept that can be defined around the titles of continuity, sameness, the reality of a person or thing, who the person is, the situations that separate the person from the others, the whole of qualities and characteristics. This dynamic feature of identity makes it even more important in a social life order focused on speed and change. When the concept of identity is considered from a political aspect, it is seen that it is among the most important formatives of power practices and discourse in the political field. In this study, political science was the focus of the research, and in this context, the subject of the study was examined in the axis of the interaction of the concepts of "masculine politics" and "female identity". The main problem of the study; whether it is reflected in politics through sexist language and discourse, which is the tool of masculine hegemony, is examined from a feminist and patriarchal perspective. In the study, the parameters of the patriarchal order, which is strengthened by the construction of masculine politics, were examined and in this context, the reflections of feminism's emergence of female identity on masculine politics, and the discourse of masculine politics on women and women's identity were tried to be explained. The study was planned as a qualitative research and as a data source, the Twitter accounts of the five political parties that managed to exceed the 10% threshold at the time of the research were examined. At this point, their importance in the party, the number of followers on Twitter and the number of Tweets were taken into account in the selection of the people who formed the sample. The collected data were subjected to thematic analysis as well as content analysis and discourse analysis, and the Maxqda program was used in the analysis.
