Özet (EN)
Emotional commitment is the individual's motivation to feel like he belongs to that group or institution, to be happy within the institution, to adopt and own it. An individual who is satisfied with this instinct will want to perform his/her work in the best possible way and will want to maintain his position in his institution. He/she will not want to leave the environment he/she is in, but will want to belong there completely. This will lead to positive developments for both the institution and the employee. The person will focus on the goals and objectives of the organization by adopting the goals and objectives of the organization to which he/she feels belonging. If we want to be successful somewhere or if we expect success from our group, we must make them feel that they belong there. In this regard, we want to be in places where material and moral feelings are valued, communication is active and feedback is provided continuously.
