Interview questions were held in 2021 with twenty-five women living in Istanbul. The findings obtained from the interviews were evaluated within the framework of the literature with the phenomenological research method and solution suggestions were presented. According to the findings of the analysis, it was concluded that violence agahts women reduces the participation rate of women in working life, and that violence should be eliminated in order to increase the rate of women's participation of women in the workplace.
