Women's attitudes to participate in business life: A quantitative research

Women's employment is a very important factor in measuring the development of a country. It is imperative to acknowledge and address the challenges faced by working women in various sectors of the labor market. This can be achieved by taking the necessary measures to alleviate the problems they face. The aim of the study is to draw attention to the attitudes of women towards working life. For this purpose, women working in the public and private sectors in Türkiye were included in the scope of the application of this study. A questionnaire consisting of 34 questions was applied to women working in the specified sectors and the data obtained from a total of 453 people were analyzed through the statistical package program. As a result of the study; It was concluded that the factors that determine the female labor force participation rate vary according to factors such as age, education, and marital status.
