Poverty is being away from the standarts of high quality life. But concept of poverty, which emerged out of various reasons, has now been regarded differently from its classic understanding.Within the process of globalization, the meanings and the methods of fight against the poverty are due to change. Globalization makes deepen and sharpen the existing inequality in the society.Women are directly affected from the implications of the poverty. It is a global phenomenon that poverty is focused more on women. Women poverty has been affected by the process of globalization in two ways. The first is the fact the erosions in the welfare state affected women abilities negatively. The second is that post-fordism which is the main accumulation regime of globalization made it easier to work women in low-wage and unsecure jobs.Women experience the poverty differently from men in the context of gender relations. Due to unequal participation of women to the rights and opportunities in all spheres of social life, such as education, health services, participation to employment, it becomes important to adopt a gender sensitive analysis for understanding the poverty. The main aim of this study is to analyse how women use their labor in the production and reproduction process against poverty. This study is to establish a direct among division of poverty, labor based on gender, patriarchal social structure and informal labor utilization of women in House Service Sector, and to explain the field of daily labor in house service soctor as a new occupation for those women of lower classes.
