Abstract (EN)
Transparent conducting films are mainly produced from optically transparent and electrically conductive materials called TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide). TCO films are important material classes for applications in optoelectronics and solar cells due to their high optical transmittance in the visible region of the electromagnetic spectrum, remarkable electrical conductivity and high infrared reflectivity. In this thesis, SnO2 thin films, one of the widely studied TCO materials, which have many application potentials such as technical components for optical technology, solar cells and gas sensors, were produced through low-cost and easy method of sol-gel spin coating. The structural, morphological and optical properties of the fabricated films were studied in detail.
