Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, it is trying to create an available model for a multi-objective problem which's related to calibration supplier selection. Before creating model, firstly litearature research was made and the result shows that there is not any detailed study about supplier selection upon service industry. Generally it was monitored that literatural workings of purchasing generally for raw materal and semi-manufactured. So there is a questionnaire for calibration supplier selection in this study for the first time. Level of significance of supplier selection criterias for calibration service was determined in the questionnaire. Mostly, every organization make calibration for increasing the quality of their products and systems. In that case, it shows that organizations from all sector of industry need calibration and requirement of developing a methodolgy for calibration supplier selection. Literature research generally show us these studies are for only a product. This study is proposed multi objective calibration supplier selection for multi-products. Proposed multi objective decision model was applied on an example under the restrictions as time, certificated experts and satisfication of calibration demand herewith trying to minimizing cost and maximizing the result of supplier evaluation. By using two goal function and four restriction an multi-objective model was developed. Model was solved with two phase approach. Requested results provided from two goals and also good solution genareted.Keywords: Multi Objective Decision Making Model, Calibration Supplier
