Abstract (EN)

Firstly in 1951 in Japon the quality awards which started for adopt, execute and widespread of TQM philosophy and application nowadays appear a prestige symbol and competition power. Quality awards criteria which is used for self-assessment by a lot of companies indicate how the progres and curing their defect.In our country from 1993 ?Tüsiad-Kalder National Quality Awards have been given by Kalder.This study has been made because of comparing between having quality awards private sector workers perception of quality and having quality awards public sector workers perception of quality. İn this study face to face interview and public survey have been used for data collecting and evaluated with service to ?SPSS 16 for windows? statistic programe?s crosswise table and variance analiysis.There haven?t seen any difference between public sector workers perception and private sector workers perception. There have been found perception difference between administrator and worker perception and experienced worker new worker perception. Besides perception of public sector and private sector has been seen above the average.
