Abstract (EN)
It is of great importance to support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in order for the studies to be carried out on human resources management to be designed, implemented, sustainable and to be able to stand with continuous improvement independently of individuals, in a way to cover all of them, regardless of the public or private sector. From this point of view, it is aimed to design a structure that can meet both human resources and quality management system needs at a basic level, provide optimum information from field studies, and thus enable businesses to develop a unique dynamic human resources management model by using this infrastructure. In the first part of this study, which consists of three parts, definitions of the components in the Human Resources and Quality Management System are given. In the second part, a comparison table was made and the compatibility of the components in both management systems with each other and the areas to be used in the model infrastructure were determined. By prioritizing the basic functions of Human Resources Management, it has been revealed at what level the form to be studied should be structured at a minimum. In the third chapter, information about the difficulties encountered during the collection and compilation of the data needed by the infrastructure components serving both management systems and solutions are given. The parameters obtained as a result of the research, which was carried out using the exploratory sequential mixed method, were transformed into an information form with the name "Integrated Human Resources Management Form Suitable for Quality Management System Infrastructure ". With the field application to be made through this form, it has been seen that significant savings can be achieved from time, labor and costs, and it has been observed that an organization that structures its Human Resources Management through this form meets the data needs of the ISO9001 Quality Management System at a rate of 78.2%. As a result, a sustainable and curable model infrastructure has been established in accordance with the purpose of the study.
