Appointments and appointments in the Ottoman State Organization and Bureaucracy. The Supreme Court, which was the highest decision-making body of the state, was also carried out by the decisions made. It is the ruûs item that issues and records the appointment and assignment documents of every middle and lower level official who receives salary from the Treasury and foundations. The Russ pen looked after the financial affairs of the civil servants and all the transactions were made from here. As the subject of the thesis, the transcription and evaluation of the Ruus notebook numbered 275 was made. The chapter, which is the subject of our thesis, contains the ruus records between Receb 1081-1084 Şevval (November 1670-January 1674). The appointments of officials such as foundation officials, school clerk, and caliph can be accessed in the records. In the book, information such as the wages and salary increases of the officials including duties such as abkes, ferrras habbaz orator, ihlas-han and cabi are given, such as the place of appointment.
