Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study, which focuses on the relationship between visitors' camp experiences, satisfaction and re-visit intentions, is to examine the effect of camp experience on visitor satisfaction and re- visit intention and visitor satisfaction on re-visit intention. For this purpose, the data was collected face to face with convenience sampling method from 391camp visitors who visited Gökçetepe Natural Park camp site between August 30 and September 7, 2018 by using a structured questionnaire prepared as a result of a comprehensive literature review. The data obtained were adapted to computer and statistical analysis; Descriptive Statistical Methods, Exploratory Factor Analysis, T-Test, ANOVA and Regression Tests were defined by IBM SPSS 22 program. As a result, it was found out that camping experience had an effect on visitor satisfaction and visitor satisfaction had an effect on intention to visit again. The hypotheses regarding the socio-demographic characteristics formed within the scope of the study gave negative results. Socio-demographic characteristics did not affect both the satisfaction of the visitors and their intention to revisit the campsite. Dedicated to these results, it is believed that it will be inevitable to offer a unique camping experience to its visitors and that it will also have a positive effect on satisfaction and intention to visit again. Key Words: Experience, Camp Experience, Visitor Satisfaction, Re-visit Intention
