The crime of an issuing a false medical documents in terms of non public official doctors

In this study, issuing a false medical documents in terms of non public official doctors under the Article 210/2 of Turkish Criminal Code and some problems for this crime in the practice and theories were examined in as much as medical documents are commonly used in society for different kinds of areas as judicial evidence or showing a situation. Therefore, in order to clearify the issue, in the first section of the study the definition of document, the types of documents and the forgery of documents were explained. Thereafter, issuing a false medical documents in terms of non public doctors were described in details in the second section. While these statements were being made, we will take into consideration The Penal Departments of the Supreme Court's decisions, doctrinel approaches and we will explain our thoughts or ideas for solving problems on this issue.
