Abstract (EN)

In this study, assessments and surveys of employee satisfaction were examined, taking into account assessments aimed to achieving a result. Discussions on employee satisfaction, in this process by giving the arguments in favor and against the perspective of the formation of a relatively stable and cool tried to make a small contribution. The many scientific research more efficient and effective service to the public service sector employees were found to be directly proportional to the satisfaction or dissatisfaction. This demonstrates the importance of employee satisfaction. In the first part of this study focuses on the general concepts of the conceptual framework and the second section of the public service sector focuses on the factors that affect employee satisfaction and employee satisfaction, in the last part of the study focused on the research and analysis of results. Yalova province two hundred and ninety-three participants working in the public service sector "Public Service Sector Employee Satisfaction: Yalova Case" as a result of the implementation of surveys, employee satisfaction perspectives on the basis of demographic data it is concluded that significant influence with the statutes. Used as a method of data collection and data collected from the survey "SPSS 16 for Windows" was evaluated using statistical software.
