The role of governmebt applications at the effectives presentation of the public services

Beside many other fields, information and communication is the supporting element of reforms in the field of e-state which is perceived as a basic reform providing modernization and progress in Public Administration field. E-government can be defined briefly, every operation end services which should be given by government using suitable informatics technologies transferring to electronic surroundings. In addition, in order to apply the information and communication technologies, the outcomes, risks, expenses and advantages which are gained by e-state should be known better by politicians and applicants. It is understood that an integrated e-government platform, which is described with different models like joined-up-government, one-stop-government, is the only effective and inevitable way of providing public services through electronic information systems.The aim of this study is to explain the effects of the e-state applications which appeared with the usage of the information and communication technologies on the public services of which the obligations should be fulfilled by the public sector and its effective presentation.
