Examining Job Satisfaction and Professional Burnout Levels of Social Workers Working in Public İnstitutions and Organizations, Masters Thesis, 2018, (XV + 67 Sayfa) The aim of this study is to examine the levels of job satisfaction and job burnout of social workers working in public institutions and organizations affiliated to different ministeries. People spend a considerable part of their wakefulness as a workers. Only if the work is done in the way that the individual desires, if the individual obtains satisfaction from it and the result is not at expect level, it is unlikely to talk about satisfactorily here. Job satisfaction is seen as one of the most important of today's complex life circumtances, from individual, organizational and social aspects. Job bornout and satisfaction according to the variable of social workers "gender, marital status, age, years of employment were examined by social workers. The sample of research sis composed of 96 social workers who work in the Public İnstitutions and İnstitutions of the Eastern Black Sea. In this study the general survey model was used as scientific research methods. As a means of collecting data in order to determine the results of job satisfaction and job burnout levels, data collection tool "Personel Information Form", Hackman and Oldham (1975) and Marclach Burnout Scale (BMO) (Marslach and Jackson 1981) scale was used for the job satisfaction scale that Koca and Özçiftçi (2015) reduced to fourteen questions. The data used in the study were analyzed using the SPSS 22 package program.
