The computer, one of the most important of these technologies, and subsequently the Internet, which allows the transfer of information generated on computers without the concept of distance, is a revolutionary development. The data produced with the development of computers and the Internet continues to be shared between countries, first within and then between countries. Dec. Initially, the internet, which settled in the prominent corner of our lives only through access to information with Web 0.1 technology, later became an interaction with Web 2.0. Today, it is almost integrated with humanity with Web 3.0. With the development of technology, the increase of storage areas and the acceleration of the Internet, the diversity of data is also increasing. New technology is needed to increase the diversity of data and to prove the immutability of this data. Two of the most important technologies are Electronic Document Management Systems and E-Signature technology, which take their place primarily in public institutions and almost every sector. It is one of the essential areas of the digital transformation journey of electronic document management systems that enable the execution of data produced in a physical and digital environment. E-signature technology, which ensures the immutability of data in the digital domain, has completed the holistic structure of Electronic Document Management Systems and allows all institutions to carry out their business processes without the concept of space and time.
