Compare director's critical thinking disposition who are working public schools and private scholos (example : Malatya city )

Purpose of this investigation; specify Critical Thinking Disosition of the personals who are working for Ministry of National Education or Private Sector. And also its present ''Are this critical thinking shows differences with gender,working year at mission the organization where she/he Works,educational background and mission at organization?'' with this purpose take advantage from scan mode. 464 directors who are working for Ministry of National Education and working for Private Sector attend as volunteers at this investigate in Center and Villages of Malatya. Take advantage at this investigate from Turkish version of California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory which was improved by Facione and Giancarlo. It composed 75 artical and 7 subscale (Analyticallness,open mindedness,interestedness,self confidience,search for truth,systemacity,self sufficieny) at original version. But it composed 30 artical and 6 subscale (Analyticallness,open mindedness,interestedness,self confidience,search for truth,systemacity,self) at Turkish version. According to Facione and Giancarlo(1998) using a point scoring system which was composed from subscale for present critical thinking disposition. And also person who are working private sector or ministry attend another survey which is composed 16 questions. Subject of this survey is taking ideas of person who are working as a director at public or private sector. In order to determine the reliability coefficient of this scale applied to directors. Used Cronbach's Alpha test and safety factor finding 0,82 for the subscale which was adopted for director. Using programme called ''SPSS 21.0'' for resolution of datas. Using Descriptive Analysis for research problems and using one way analysis of variance for unrelated samples t-test and using test of Kruskal Wallis-H when the variances didnt equalizing each other and also using test of Man Whitney U for determine the differences. There is no distinct differences between male and female director's critical thinking disposition. Finally We find out there is no distinct differences about serving year or institution which is serving of the directors and director's critical thinking disposition.
