To benefit from treasury lands for expropriation applications and analysing applications about historic sites

In today's world country?s to achieve or to be able to continue countries economic independence depends on effective and efficient use of country resources. In terms of the completion of our countries economic development is one of the biggest obstacle is not that effective use of national resources. One of the resources can be used for Turkey's economic development is the Treasury lands. Our country's surface area by approximately 54% to win with this real estate Turkish economy can be gain a serious momentum.Be allocated treasury lands to tourism investments would be great contribution closing of our cuntry?s deficit. İf we benefit in this contributes that will be a very large share of natural, historical and cultural heritage of our historic site. Aside from in the use of historic sites its contribution to our economy to the present, unfortunately, failed to show necessary importance to our area, couldn?t be avoide the damages. At the point where we are now, historic sites through the expropriation of state property to bring an end to abondoned to their fate by using for tourism and country?s economy balance.In this context, the thesis on the sites of state property in taking applied expropriation, exchange and certification methods, legal and institutional structures were put forward and studied the examples to the application of problems identified by making these problems solutions have been presented. Accordingly proposed by Culture and Nature Asstes Protection Law No. 2863 (CNAPK) that the main process the expropriation of property rights, implementation and valuation activities in a respectful manner to reflect the reality on the way back from the legal and institutional arrangements have been reached that conclusion.Key Words: Historic Site, Expropriation, Exchange, Certificate, Valuation
