Kanlıtaş Höyük is a rock-cut settlement located in the Upper Porsuk Valley and dated to the Early Chalcolithic Period. "Kanlıtaş Höyük Early Chalcolithic Period Grinding and Crushing Stones", which is the subject of the thesis, is to understand the lifestyles of prehistoric communities, to analyze their dietary habits and how much they can use the raw material resources in their environment, to understand whether daily work has an effect on the distinction between indoor and outdoor use, It was thought that it would help to understand the size of the dye use and what kind of diet they had. Within the scope of this thesis, the lower and upper grinding stones, pestles, hand stones, hammer stones, mortars, which were unearthed during the Kanlıtaş Höyük excavation and evaluated in the grinding and crushing stones preserved in Eskişehir Eti Archeology Museum, were examined. The archaeobotanical studies carried out during the excavation seasons and the analyzes obtained from the group of finds evaluated within the scope of the thesis were evaluated together, and the ideas about paint production and which products were included in the diet of the people of the period were tried to be dealt with in an integrative way. In addition, the accessibility of the finds group evaluated within the scope of the thesis to the raw material sources was evaluated. In order to better introduce the grinding and crushing stones, which is a group that is evaluated in the study and which is not normally neglected by the excavations, its photographs were taken and its catalog was created.
