Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the electrochemical properties of the anti-cancer compound Ribociclib were investigated by a simple, fast and sensitive voltammetric method. The working electrode, boron doped diamond electrode, was activated in anodic direction in 0.5 M H2SO4 medium. On this working electrode, Ribocyciclib gave irreversible waves at about +0.859 V in the oxidation direction and reversible waves around +0.105 V/+0.393 V in the oxidation direction by alternating voltammetry technique in 0.5 M H2SO4 medium. A good correlation between the analytical signal and concentration was obtained at +0.85 V in the concentration range of 1.58-11.06 μM in 0.5 M H2SO4 medium using the square wave voltammetry technique. The applicability of the electroanalytical method developed in this thesis was demonstrated in pharmaceutical drug and urine samples.
