The concept of responsi̇bi̇li̇ty i̇n Kant phi̇losophy

Kant is a very significant philosopher as regards to history of philosophy and history of ethics. This has many reasons but in this thesis study, the innovations he has brought to the history of ethical philosophy in parallel with the subject of the thesis. Kant is one of the philosophers who marked the age of enlightenment with the ideas he supported. This has many reasons but the most important one is that he put emphasis on the human as the center of the universe and he regarded the human as the most precious creature in the universe and he presented human as a goal in each study, in each value in every thought. To Kant human is a privileged creature, the most basic reason of this that human has intelligence. This intelligence enables the man to attain the principles which appeal to everyone's common value criticizing everything in his life. To Kant that the human has the intelligence brings the obligation to face the results of his options, preferences and his acts. This obligation of responsibility is such an obligation that the man determines the behavioral rules which he needs to obey and he commits himself to. In the philosophy of Kant it is very important that the human has intelligence. That's why Kant argues that the ethical feature only belongs to humans because the only creature which has intelligence is human, the only creature which can get out of natural causality, which can choose how to act is human. Thus human is the most precious creatare. In Kant's philosophy, freedom and the responsibilities are special to human. To Kant, human is a creature living in the natural causalities in the natural world. Naturally, human is in a natural causality and due to this causality he is affected by this causality and obligation but the human has the capability to overcome these obligations. Kant's obligation ethics refuses the previous ethical ideas, he claims that the human is the most precious creature and he can't ever be a tool in any act, he needs to be seen as a main goal and ethical act is valuable as regards to this perspective.
