Abstract (EN)
Theaim of this study was to investigate the psychological hardiess and creativity levels of individuals participating to indoor and outdoor recreational activities. In the study, to determine the psychological hardiness and creativity levels, "Psychological Hardiness Scale" developed by Işık (2016) and "Creative Personality Traits Scale" developed by Şahin and Danışman (2017) were used. Convenience sampling method was chosen for sample selection. Descriptive statistics, Independent Samples t-test and One-way ANOVA were used in the analysis of the data obtained using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24. A total of 411 participants, 219 men (53.3%) and 192 women (46.7%), participated in the study voluntarily. When the analysis results were analyzed, it was found that the participants' creative personality traits and psychological hardiness levels differ according to some demographic variables. In addition, it was determined that there was a statistically significant relationship between the participants' creative personality traits and psychological hardiness levels. Accordingly, as the participants' creative personality traits increase, their psychological hardiness levels also increase.
