Abstract (EN)

Solar energy is a clean energy source that is both renewable and free of harmful gas emissions. Solar energy; It is used in building solar ovens, generating electricity with solar panels, and in areas such as hot water production. Solar stoves, which are an area of application of solar energy, are among the studies that have recently gained importance in our country. In this study, a solar stove was designed and developed based on a vacuum tube placed at the focus of parabolic mirrors. In order for the solar stove to be affected as little as possible by the variable weather conditions, a phase change material (Paraffin) is used in the chamber in the oil tank. In addition, the thermal energy obtained was transferred to the cooking unit using a pump and a heat transfer fluid (Petroviscol) so that it can be used in closed environments. The experimental results show that the highest efficiency of the proposed solar oven design is 22,2%. Thus, the system to be developed is intended to save energy by being used in homes, workplaces, and work areas where food is cooked, such as public facilities.
