Social policies for migrants after the Karabakh war in Azerbaijan

The occupations that happened and still continuing when entering to 21st century, our country Turkey and its around has been effected with there chaos, Turkish-Islam World as well. These shows and happens which started with Arab Spring brought the waves from South Mediterrenean to our country. This chaos happened in Syria, caused a huge migration to Turkey, our country. Rebuplic of Turkey works on the social and political methods to struggle the reasons of migration also from point of security&military. In this sense, when we think Azerbaijan State also had some struggles and deal with it when their establishment. After the war of Azerbaijan-Armenia, Azerbaijan occupied and over a million Azerbaijan Turks had to aband their country. The first part of dissertation explains the similarity, conditions, problems as our country Turkey, how Azerbaijan State struggle against these, before this chaos and occuring reasons also researching world surveys. On the second part of dissertation explains the troubles of reasons that caused this chaos after Karabag War in Azerbaijan states' domestic policity how effect their economy, migrants' problems, education - health-security workings and foreing relation roles. . After dividing SSCB, Rebuplic of Azerbaijan falled many martieries for the independent Azerbaijan a country that struggled against this chaos with its army getting stronger day by day, determined foreing policity, working for its public to provide their an independent land that already their right. On the other hand, Karabag region has been effected under emperial states, brought as inconsistent region until today. Humanity of conscience there is an oppositeness, today's world states even all the documents still got no sense but lack of information they supporting Armenians against the Turkish people, during struggle Anatolian, Turkish people betrayed Armenians even there is not information and they named this as Massacre. For this reason, Karabag is so important to not leave it the mercy of these emparial states and surveys.
