Abstract (EN)

Giresun University Graduate Student prepared as I '' Black Sea Region endemic Agricultural Products: Nuts, Tea and Kiwi Production, Marketing and Consumption '' master degree on finishing my paper ; hazelnut producing countries in the best quality nuts that grow Turkey 2005-2012 years average of 72% of the world production of nuts , hazelnut exports 75% of the average 80 carries . Turkey can not be evaluated for various reasons, both good and nut production in excess of demand is a burden for the economy of the country in recent years . Black Sea region, especially in the mountainous slope in the higher concentrated hazelnut farming , farmland erosion protection, a large number of family farmers livelihoods being and exports of agricultural products in the first place an export product for reasons of Turkey and the Black Sea region for the environmental, social and economic importance that product. Also located in the area , which is the most common nut processing industry, agro-based industries , it is important in terms of employment and value added . Tea sector in Turkey Eastern Black Sea Region and Turkey is a very important sector for the economy . Tea in Turkey Eastern Black Sea region , although finding the opportunity to grow up in a narrow space in every area of ??our lives is of great importance as the basic beverages . In addition, tea is grown in the region over the possibility of raising agricultural products to be different for the people of the region have increased the economic value of tea . Besides, due to the climate conditions in search of tea growing in different regions of the lack of opportunity has increased the importance of tea . In this sense, the tea is grown in the region as well as for alternative possibility to catch up in other areas is because it is not a monopoly . In this context, the tea has focused on the impact on the regional economy , tea sector employment , exports, and its contribution to the economy is evaluated. Kiwi farming is fairly new compared to tea and nuts . Eastern Black Sea Region has a history of very close to the kiwi . The two main plants in the Black Sea Region of agricultural enterprises in manufacturing operations, the nuts and tea are the most important problems of surplus production . In these products, the production and supply of space restrictions are emphasized. Tea and hazelnuts in order to eliminate surplus production , production areas and narrow and alternative production activities carried out studies to be determined. For this, the best alternative is determined as kiwi and kiwi fruit production area in recent years and the amount of production in the Black Sea region is increasing .
