Abstract (EN)

İstanbul has been the capital of which many kind of empires, was became center in terms of social, economic and political as well as was hosted manufacturing facility in the Ottoman Empire. At the same time the capital that is the crucial coastal port was center of commercial that were seen intense shipping. This intensity had been generated organization of seamanship. Ottoman Empire had been supported the sailor, in the 18th century the empire had raw material carried which needed via that sailor. The sailors who worked civil and military area of the state had been employed their fund in vessel enterprise. The expedition era would fulfill requirement of state transporting munition and troops. Thus that ship owners had attained significant prestige.
