Karamanlı Turkish anecdotes of Nasreddin Hoca

In this study, we examine Meşhur Nasradın Hoca ve Belagat-ı Mezhake Yani Gülmekliğe Şayeste Mesuliet published by Ioannis Nikolaidis consists of five chapters. In the first chapter bearing the introduction gives information about Karamanlides, Karamanlı Turkish and its literature along with the general evaluation of the previous works on Karamanlı Turkish. In the second part, information about the life and style of author was given, and then the purpose of writing the anecdotes was explained and after the information about the sections was given, a grammatical examination of the work was done. The third section contains transcriptional text. While the fourth chapter consists of dictionary and index, is emphasized the importance of working in the fifth section.
