Abstract (EN)
In this study, insurance sector has been examined in terms of legislation in the third party motor liability insurance branch and has been compared in terms of loss ratios its developments over the last ten years. At the end of the problem-focused process, Emeklier Agent's policies are had from a private insurance company have used and they are grouped according to risk factors. As a result of this findings, It is emphasized that risk factors of insurance agents are very important issue for insurance companies when risk premiums are calculated. On the other hand, Inspections and penalties of traffic insurance aren't enough for the holder of motor vehicles who are driving to car without policy and as long as this situation continues, it is estimated that both insurance sector which are very important part of the economy about employment and fund flow, insurance companies will be damaged and citizens in Turkey will have to endure to premium increases.
