Abstract (EN)
The acceleration of industrial growth on the world has also increased the use of hazardous materials and their relocation from one place to another. Many countries around the world carry dangerous goods with various modes of transport such as sea, road, air and rail. In this thesis; priority criteria such as classification of hazardous materials, documents used during road and rail transport, conventions in force, regulations or directives have been examined. Hazardous materials are harmful to the environment and human health as required by the ingredients, and require the parties to be more concious in the procedures to be followed in the transportation process. With this thesis, it is aimed to determine the lines of dangerous goods transport and to determine the effect of the documents used by the related parties in the process of transportation. In this way, it is aimed to determine whether the requested documents are sufficient, little or no, to prepare the documents and to present the suggestions and to develop the suggestions.
