Abstract (EN)

In this study, nano enzyme systems have been synthesized according to AmiNoAcid (monomer) Decorated and Light Underpining Conjugation Approach (ANADOLUCA) method and used for carbondioxide (CO2) capture and converting applications. In the first stage of the study, nano carbonic anhydrase (CA) enzyme has been synthesized and the enzymatic activity has been determined using 4-nitrophenyl acetate. Then, CO2 conversion to bicarbonate reactions enzymes have been investigated using nano CA and free CA enzymes, comperatively. In the second stage of the study, the nano multi enzyme that contains formate dehydrogenase (FateDH), formaldehyde dehydrogenase (FaldDH) and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) has been synthesized using ANADOLUCA method and this nano multi enzyme has been cross-linked into cryogel. Conversion of CO2 into methanol reactions using this synthesized system has been investigated and the superiority of this synthesized system than literature has been determined. Last stage of the study, nano ribulase bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase enzyme (RuBisCo) that plays role in calvin cycle in photoseynthesis has been synthesized according to ANADOLUCA method and CO2 capture and converting feature has been investigated. Besides, RuBisCo enzyme has been isolated from spinach and activity in CO2 capture and convertion has been investigated.
