Abstract (EN)

In this study, acridine sulphoguanidine derivate compounds that are potential carbonic anhydraze inhibitory were sythesised. According to the method that is known multi-component reaction (MCR) was occured by using cyclohexane-1,3-dione, various aromatic aldehyde, sulphoguanidine and phase transfer catalyst as DBSA at room tempreture and in water. In the first step of reaction, tetraketone was occured in accordance with aldol condensation and Michael addition reactions betwen aromatic aldehyde and cyclohexane-1,3-dione and after acridine compounds that was formed via imine reaction mechanism with tetraketone and sulphoguanidine as the product of cyclization. Obtained raw products were purified recrystallization with ethanol. Acridine sulphoguanidine compounds were obtained high yield changing in betwen %87-61. The structures of the synthesised compounds were elucidated by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C NMR (APT) and mass spectroscopy techniques.
