The effect of career management on organizational loyalty and a case study on the primary scholls in Kütahya

The aim of this study is to search for the effects of career management applications in the National Education Ministry, the organisation which has more personnel than other ministries, over the organisational loyalty of teachers working in primary schools, the motivation of the personel as a function of human resources management, in the framework of career management which has an important place about the organizational loyalty and work satisfaction, in the light of the theoretic meanings of career planning and career develpoment in literature.The underlying thought in the roots of this study is the necessity of planning the stytem of the career management of teachers, working in National Education Ministry which is a government organization, to increase the working productivity and organizational loyalty, considering the specifications of the personel and working conditions.In the first part of the study, the term career management, in the second part of the study organizational loyalty, in the third part of the study career management in National Education Ministry and the term organizational loyalty, in the third part the application has been done, the application includes the teachers who were working during December-January in 2008 in Kütahya as a member of National Education Ministry. These teachers took part in an inquiry and the inquiry forms were evaluated with SPSS 15.0 for Windows.Keywords: Human reseources management, career management, organizational commitment,
