Language is a sign system which is emphasized up to today, tried to be patterned via its definition; various, living existence in our life as inseperable whole, provides communication which is one of the most essential requirement for communal living. Term is defined as "A word which corresponds special and determined notion about field of science, art, occupation or a subject, term." in Turkish dictionary of Turkish Language Association. Linguistics and grammar are nearly similar disciplines which study about language. Dictionaries are started to be composed by gathering terms occuring within these disciplines beginning from 1942. On this study, nine of the glossaries composed from 1942 to today are subjected to compare by choosing in certain circumstances. The aim of comparing is to show the changes of terms in time, and to determine nearly when the terms show up and disappear. Literature review and multiple comparisons technique are preferred on this study. As a result of this study, all linguistics and grammar terms which are come across in sources, used from past to present, still in use are gathered in one source, and an output which is not done before in this field is composed thanks to comparison technique.
