Determination of spatial change of the city of Kastamonu and taking the decisions of the landscape plan

The surface area has a dynamic structure, so it tends to change over time. It is very important in terms of monitoring, sustainable development and environmental protection (Winarso and Budhiman, 2001; Cetin et al., 2010; Cetin 2015a; Cetin 2015b; Cetin 2016a; Cetin 2016b; Cetin and Sevik 2016a; Cetin and Sevik 2016b). Its maps are usually generated by ground measurement. It is the scope of research firstly that geology, hydrology, topographical and soil maps of the study area were obtained. After that the information on climate, flora and fauna of the region were collected. The data obtained by entering the computer with the help of Arc GIS software maps of region were created and the data were processed on the maps. In this study, the surface area of Kastamonu was investigated by using satellite images. Digital satellite images used in the study: Landsat 8 OLI / TIRS image, Landsat 7 ETM + image, Landsat 5 TM images, 4 different years satellite images were obtained. Obtained imagines is that ENVI V 5 software was used for controlled classification process by using ARC MAP program with band composite operations. A number of formulates were used for the accuracy of classification in the classification process. Controlled classification techniques were used to determine the land use types and terrain surface changes of the study area. As a result of the great differences between the surface changes of the city of Kastamonu have been revealed over the years. The health of plan decisions for Kastamonu CITY were made Taking into account the stages of change in the province. The aim of the study is to take decisions about the future landscape plan which has been evaluated in a totality according to obtain the data the study area and the information analyzed.
