Özet (EN)
In this study, hourly and monthly changes in the summer and winter periods of PM10, PM2,5, SO2, NO, NO2, NOx, O3 and CO data belonging to Kastamonu city center for the period of July 2018 - June 2021 were analyzed. In addition, the independent section in the city center, the number of natural gas subscribers, natural gas consumption amounts, solid fuel quantities and the relationship between the changes in the number of motor vehicles and pollutant parameters were evaluated. The effects of meteorological parameters on air pollution depending on the reflections of temperature and precipitation amounts and wind directions on pollutant parameters were investigated. In the evaluations made, it was observed that the monthly limit value of 60 μg/m³ of PM10 in 2018 exceeded the limit value of 50 μg/m³ 15 times in July – December period, 152 times in 2019, 81 times in 2020 and 13 times in 2021. It was observed that the other parameters, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide, did not exceed the limit values. The annual average value of PM10 in 2018 was 57 μg/m³ and the regulation limit value of 44 μg/m³ was approximately 30%, the annual average value of 2019 was 56 μg/m³ and the regulation limit value of 40 μg/m³ was approximately 40%, the annual average value in 2020 is 41 μg/m³, exceeding the regulation limit value of 40 μg/m³ by approximately 2.5%, and in 2021 its annual average value is 30 μg/m³, which is the limit value of the regulation, It did not exceed 40 μg/m³. Annual average nitrogen oxides (NOx) were 50 μg/m³ in 2018, 56 μg/m³ in 2019, 50 μg/m³ in 2020 and 39 μg/m³ in 2021. While the value should be 30 μg/m³, it was seen to exceed 66% in 2018, 86% in 2019, 66% in 2020 and 30% in 2021.The lowest daily carbon monoxide value is 181.89 μg/m³ in August 2018, 146.24 μg/m³ in June 2019, 91.78 μg/m³ in May 2020 and 23.53 μg/m³ in January 2021. , the highest value was 3015.74 μg/m³ in November 2018, 1910.32 μg/m³ in November 2019, 1688.13 μg/m³ in December 2020 and 2795.29 μg/m³ in March 2021. did not exceed the regulation limit values. As a result of the evaluation made according to summer and winter data, when the effect of heating on polluting parameters is evaluated, PM10 14%, SO2 0%, NO 56%, NO2 32%, NOx 46%, CO 56% in 2018, PM10 24%, SO2 33% in 2019, NO 54%, NO2 31%, NOx 42%, CO 53%, in 2020 PM10 33%, SO2 68%, NO2 36%, NOx 50% and CO 43% and in 2021 PM10 0%, SO2 26%, NO2 It turns out to be 35%, NOx 41% and CO values 46%.Although the temperature values contributed to the decrease in the concentrations of other pollutant parameters except O3, it was sometimes seen to increase in the opposite direction, but it had a greater effect on the O3 values. Although precipitation has a decreasing effect on all parameters, these effects were not observed at some hours during the day or it was observed that there were effects in different directions. Generally, it is seen that the wind changes direction towards N (North-Star) and NNE (Yıldız-Poyraz) towards evening hours after NNW (Star - Karayel) and blows in the same direction as S (South-Qibla) and SSW (Qibla - Lodos) throughout the night. It was observed that PM10, PM2,5, SO2 values were higher in the morning hours when the wind was blowing from the north directions than when the wind was blowing from the south directions, but the NO, NO2, NOx and CO values were in the opposite direction and were higher in the south winds. When the wind speed is low, PM10 and SO2 values are also slightly lower, while the NO, NO2, NOx and CO values are higher when the wind speed is low and the air is stagnant.
