Contractor's liabilitiy for defects regarding construction contracts in return for flat

The most dense and developed sector in our country, which is in the developing country class, is the construction sector. The construction sector is one of the works we do both domestically and abroad. Besides the actual development of the sector, it is of great importance that the legal development also develops with it. Construction contract against floor is not one of the contracts explicitly arranged in our legislation. It is the contract on the one hand, where the contractor, whose job is to produce a work due to his professional knowledge and experience, is on the other hand, and the owner of the land that owns an immovable. While the landowner is committed to giving the contractor independent sections from the work to be manufactured on his land, he also aims to purchase an independent section, that is, to earn a profit. On the other hand, the contractor aims to earn income from the independent sections of his work. Our study consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the "Introduction" section, the Basic Concepts and Subjects Related to the Construction Contract for the Floor are discussed, while in the "First Part" the definition, the elements and the form of the Construction Contract for the Floor. In the "second part", the conditions of the contractor's responsibility and the rights of the landowner are addressed, while in the last part, the termination of the responsibility and the timeout are discussed. The examination of the subject has ended with the title "CONCLUSION".
