Condominium ownership is a special view of real property. So much so that even has its own management mechanism. For this reason, the Condominium Ownership Law imposes some duties, powers and responsibilities on the manager. In the conclusion part, suggestions were made about what other changes regarding the management of the Condominium Ownership Law should be introduced.
