Abstract (EN)
In this study, structure, the dielectic constant and dielectric loss of bismuth magnesium niobate prochlores that were prepared with solid state method, according to Bi1.5MgdNb2,5-dO8.5-1.5d (d = 0,7, 0,9, 1, 1,2, 1,4, 1,6) formula and sintered at 1050 °C and 1100 °C. The structures of the obtained samples were analyzed by XRD, SEM, EDX, Raman spectroscopy characterization methods and the amount of magnesium and sintering temperature in the samples were investigated how the structure of the samples changed. Firstly, it was investigated how the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of samples with the same amount of magnesium change. Secondly, the dielectric constant and dielectric losses of samples with different amounts of magnesium sintered at the same temperature were investigated, and the results were discussed.
