Abstract (EN)

Katib elebi is one o the most important scholars o the 17th century with his works wrote in many areas. His works have shed light on the period he lived in and he has been used as a reference in many studies done up to the present day. Nowadays, one of the references also of those who study about Ottoman history and Ottoman biography tradition is Fezleke. In this study, Fezleke, which is an important example of Ottoman biography tradition, is discussed. It is aimed to bring the poets in Fezleke into the world of literature neatly. The work was carefully studied and 110 poets detected. The information about the poets detected was compared with most of the classical sources and with some of the modern sources and the information that gives originality to the work is emphasized.
