Abstract (EN)

Countries with conservative customer losses along with the expansion of Islamic banking in the world began to turn to Islamic banking. In the 1980's in Turkey he wants to turn to Islamic banking. Because of interest from customers like (the savings), they wanted to win. funds of depositors who prefer Islamic banking negatively affect the country's economy due to lack of interest-free banking According to the country on behalf of our employees interest-free basis to eliminate this negativity private finance legal framework of the organization it entered into force in 1983. respectively one by one afterwards began to establish other banks. Private financial institutions has been renamed as participation banks in 2005. In this study, the first part of the bank, the bank types and kinds of participation banks were mentioned. In the second part of the concept of value, customer value and features of the concept are described. In the last chapter in Kütahya in Kuwait with the participation banking survey on customer value in the Turkish participation bank it conducted a study on how to create customer value.
