The aim of this study is to examine the moderator role of self-confidence in the effect of favoritism perception on organizational deviation behavior. In order to reveal the moderator role of self-confidence in the effect of favoritism on organizational deviation behavior, the findings obtained as a result of a research involving 413 people were revealed. In line with the findings obtained as a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the perception of favoritism had a positive and significant predictive effect on the deviant behavior. It has been concluded that the effect of favoritism perceptions on deviant behaviors will increase as the self-confidence levels of individuals increase. It has been determined that there are some differences in the answers given to the questions about the concept of favoritism, organizational deviation and self-confidence, according to age, education level, and working time in the institution.
