Faith and beliefs in the Kazakh epics

National culture emerges as a whole of past and historical experiences. The most important element forming the national culture is the verbal literature products. Of the Turks have verbal literature products dating back centuries. Epics are among these rooted literary products. One of the verbal literature products of Kazakh Turks, who have a very rich accumulation in terms of verbal and written literature, is epics. Epics are a human culture, life, traditions and religious understandings, etc. are on matters Works that shed light on the history of writing. While different elements draw attention in the pre-Islamic epics because they ara based on ancient times, it has been seen that the epics that emerged with the acceptance of Islam were influenced by Islamic elements. This situstion has brought about some change in faıth and beliefs. In this study, fifteen epics transferred from Kazakh Turkish to Turkey Turkish were examined in terms of faıth and beliefs. The reflections of Kazakh faıth and beliefs on epics were examined and inferences were made. The analyzed epics will be a bridge between the past and the present and even the future, and will help us to know the the Kazakh society in terms of faıth and beliefs. As a result, it has been seen that Kazakhs are in general harmony with Turkish faıth and beliefs and have some interactions with the acceptance of Islam.
