Abstract (EN)

In this study, which deals with the positioning of devices developed for the early detection of any Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) threat that may occur in Eskişehir province, on the field; Population densities of the places where the sensors will be placed, attraction centers (Shopping Malls, Stadiums, Theater and Cinema Halls, Concert and Rally Areas, Airports, Bus Terminals, Bus Stops, etc.), organized industrial zones or individual factories engaged in large production, educational institutions (courses, universities, schools). ) and critical public and private institutions (hospitals, military regions, government offices, etc.) were examined. In the study, this system, which aims to obtain, organize, query and analyze the necessary data by using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), provided decision support to accelerate the planned work, obtain more reliable information, and determine the most suitable points among the alternatives according to their priority levels. The aim of this study is; In case of any CBRN incident that may occur in Eskişehir, early warning sensors are positioned in the most accurate places in order to detect the incidents early. GIS-based Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) was used to provide decision support. The pairwise comparison method was used to determine the relative weights of the determined criteria relative to each other. The layers were created, then reclassified and synthesized with their weights, that is, subjected to weighted overlay analysis, to create the final synthesis map. On the created synthesis map, the places where early detection sensors would be placed on the field were determined.
