The method of sharh of the hadiths in the Kemalpashazada's book: Al-Fawa'id al-Mutra'at al-Hiyaz fi Sharhi Kitab al-Riyaz

The subject of our research is the life of Kemalpaşazazâde, who had a considerable position in the Ottoman state in the 16 th century, and the method he followed in his work titled "al- Fawâıdu'l Muddarıdat'ul- Heyaz fı sharhı Kıtab'ar-Rıyad". Our research consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter is in the form of an introduction and ends with the subject and importance of the research and the method applied in the thesis and the sources used. In the second part, the environment and conditions in which our author Kemalpaşazâde lived were summarized and his life and scholarly personality were mentioned, and then the relevant sections were kept a little shorter by following the same order for al-Nawawî, and finally the second part was completed by mentioning the work named Riyâsu'z-Sâlihîn. When we come to the third chapter, the methodological analysis and the identification of the sources used in the commentary are included in this chapter. The thesis is concluded by explaining the issues deemed necessary in the commentary literature with examples.
