Abstract (EN)
In this study, different types of mineral aggregate and concrete samples produced using the high-temperature post-analyzed changes the physical and mechanical properties. Mortars of 0.50 water / binder ratio of 2% and the content of the adduct produced. Type of mineral additives as fly ash (UK), silica fume (SD), blast furnace slag (YFC), brick dust (TT) and the breaking-stone powder (KTT) is used. Mineral additives, 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% in the modified cement used. Fees on the amount of binder which is the sum of all production batches of cement and mineral admixtures were kept constant at 500 kg/m3. Crushed sand is used as aggregate in the range of 0-1 mm sieve. Five different additives and 20 for a total of four different mineral additive content of different self-compacting mortar (KYH) is designed series. The determination of mechanical properties, compressive and flexural strength, determination of physical properties of bulk density, porosity and water absorption, thermal performance of the thermal expansion of the calculated values. As a result, the limestone-based concrete structures exposed to high temperatures as a result of aggregate concrete structures prefer to be deformed up to 800 oC whereabouts were largely prevented.
