Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, limitations of property rights which are frequently carried into effect in Urban Regeneration Law and how to protect the owners against these limitations are examined. This thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, we examined the restrictions on property rights and restriction regime in the context of fundamental rights in general. In the second chapter, we discussed the restrictions on property rights arising from the Urban Regeneration Law. In the third and last chapter, we examined the protection of the owners.
